2. Find Peer-Reviewed Articles

The following databases are a good place to start looking for peer-reviewed journal articles. The databases have search features to limit your search to a specific type of article (you can select "Academic Journal") and articles within a specific date range, which will make it easier to find articles that fit your instructor's guidelines of sources no older than 7 years.

Your instructor requires that one article for your abstracts must be from the journal Respiratory CareRespiratory Care articles can be found in the Gale OneFile: Health and Medicine database. Use the "Advanced Search" Feature to limit search to articles from Respiratory Care. Click the "Search" button after entering your search terms and publication title. Then use the "Date Published" filter to select results 7 years ago to present. Then click "Apply."
