NAEMT is a professional organization that represents and serves all EMS practitioners, including paramedics, emergency medical technicians, emergency medical responders who providing prehospital and out-of-hospital emergent, urgent or preventive medical care.
The NREMT works to provide a valid, uniform process to assess the knowledge and skills required for competent practice by EMS professionals throughout their careers, and to maintain a registry of certification status.
JEMS (Journal of Emergency Medical Services) seeks to improve prehospital patient care and promote positive change in EMS by delivering information and education from industry leaders, change makers and emerging voices.
