Find Books from Other Libraries

If the SCC Library doesn't have a book or e-book you're looking for, you may be able to find it from another source. The video at the end will walk you through the PASCAL Delivers and ILL processes.

PASCAL Delivers
Search 55 academic libraries across South Carolina, including Clemson and USC, and request books be sent to you at SCC for free (requests usually take about 1 week to arrive). This is only for requesting books -- you cannot request videos or other materials. More Information
Other Local Libraries
If you can't find materials at SCC, you can search the other libraries in Spartanburg area -- both public libraries and college libraries. The public libraries, in particular, will have more entertainment options and leisure reading.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
If you can't find the materials you need through Pascal, or at another local library, you may request materials through Interlibrary Loan. SCC will request the materials from another library on your behalf and they will be delivered here for you to check out.
Google Books
Search online books scanned from various collections. Availability of full-text dependent on copyright. You may see a preview or possibly the full-text of books. Books not available for free, can be bought or perhaps found elsewhere (see a library staff member). More Information
